The cloud is the whole point.

Coffee first. A little extra always.

The coffee stays dark. The cream takes its time. Then comes the caramel, followed by a tiny pinch of sea salt. Cafecito Cloud is that lovely pause before the first sip.

Make Cafecito Cloud

CAFECITO CLOUD · ONE SERVING

Make the kitchen version

A suggested starting recipe inspired by the kitchen video; OyaJava’s filmed pour was made by feel. Adjust the milk, cream and sweetness to your taste.

  • 2–3 oz freshly brewed Nespresso coffee, cooled
  • 3–4 oz fairlife milk, or your preferred milk
  • Ice, enough to fill your glass halfway
  • 2 tbsp cold Horizon Organic heavy cream, optional, for the cloud
  • 1–2 tsp Ghirardelli caramel, plus a little drizzle
  • A tiny pinch of Maldon sea salt
  1. Add ice to a roomy glass. Pour in the cooled coffee and milk.
  2. If using cream, froth it with 1 tsp caramel until softly thickened. Spoon over the coffee. Without cream, stir the caramel into the milk.
  3. Drizzle a little caramel over the top. Finish with a tiny pinch of salt, taste and adjust.

For more coffee up front, start with less milk. For a softer sip, add a splash after tasting. The cream is an optional finish; the coffee is yours to make your way.
