Rain outside. Caramel inside.
Cloudy light, a little caramel, and Friday at the kitchen counter.
I like a grey morning with something sweet in it. The cream, the caramel, the whirr of the frother. A small bit of kitchen theatre before the day gets going.
Today’s mood is bright window light and a very soft cloud. Nothing particularly serious. Just coffee with a little extra.
On the counter
Ghirardelli caramel sauce, Amazon Grocery heavy whipping cream, and La Lechera sweetened condensed milk. A few familiar things, made into a Friday moment.
